ADUs
Florida is moving toward broader acceptance of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), and many municipalities now allow them within single-family residential zoning districts. We’ll confirm your local requirements and help you take full advantage of ADU-friendly zoning, adding flexible living space and long-term value to your property.
Feasibility
We will review (at no cost to you) your boundary survey and site conditions to confirm what’s buildable. Using your survey and key property information, we identify the best unit size and layout for your site—setting the project up to move smoothly through permitting and installation of your Tiny Home.
Order & Delivery
Once we confirm the Tiny Home that best fits your needs, a 10% deposit secures your place in our production schedule. Each home is thoughtfully built to order, with materials selected specifically for your project, allowing us to maintain quality and consistency throughout the build.

04 FAQ's
What is an ADU?
An Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) is a fully independent home located on the same property as a main residence—complete with its own kitchen, bathroom, and living space.
Are ADUs allowed in Florida?
Yes. ADUs are permitted throughout Florida, with guidelines set by local cities and counties. Many municipalities actively support them as a housing solution.
Can I add a Tiny Home to my backyard?
Yes. Our compact, foundation-based homes are designed to fit on most residential lots and function perfectly as backyard ADUs.
Are your ADUs permanent homes?
Absolutely. All units are built on permanent foundations and designed to comply with Florida Building Code requirements.
Can I earn rental income with an ADU?
Yes. Homeowners commonly use our units for long-term or short-term rentals (where permitted), making them a smart investment and income opportunity.
How big are the homes?
Sizes vary by local zoning, but most Florida areas allow 300–800+ sq. ft., which fits our models perfectly.
How fast is installation?
Much faster than traditional construction. Our prefab process significantly reduces build and installation timelines.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We provide all required drawings and coordinate with local building departments to support the permitting process.
Do you handle delivery and installation?
Yes. We manage both transportation and on-site installation of your prefab home.
Are the homes move-in ready?
Yes. Most units are delivered fully completed and turnkey. If site access is limited, on-site construction is available.
